Harry and Charlie DiPrinzio have collective cooking experience in many highly regarded restaurants under acclaimed chefs Massimo Bottura, Dan Barber, Michael Anthony and David Bouley at restaurants including Gramercy Tavern, Francescetta 58, Betony, Bouley, Blue Hill and ZZ’s Clam Bar.

They began exploring a passion for food when they created DiPrinzio Pasta Company between 2010 and 2012 and sold pasta at stores and at farmers markets in central Vermont.
