It is with great excitement that we invite you to A Tavola, a pop up dinner party on Thursday, July 26.
After several successful we’ve been craving an opportunity to bring friends and family together in a setting where we have more creative license over a meal.
The dinner will feature a multi-course creative menu with some shared elements.
Burnt lemon, Amaro Montenegro, gin
Corn and Prosciutto Madeleines
Stone Fruit on sourdough with candied lemon and basil
Cured fluke with watermelon and pickled peppers
Cherry tomatoes, taleggio, caramelized citrus
Spicy cucumber salad, puffed barley, crunchy chili oil
Marinated sardines with tomato jam and shaved raw fennel
Roasted Eggplant terrine with walnut and nduja
Lamb neck – mustard, cherry mostarda
Lavender panna cotta
Plum sorbetto with caramel pizzelles
